2. Take Care of Your Health
Your health determines your

charge of your physical health by focusing on the following:

Food is your fuel. Replace processed foods with freshly cooked real
food. Remove sugary snacks and fast food from your diet.
Sleep – Without sleep, you’ll be running on fumes. Sleep a good 7-8 hours each night that you can.
Exercise – Fitness or illness, you must choose one. Exercise at least 3 days a week.
3. Seek Help, You Aren’t In This Alone
When you fall into the abyss of
hopelessness, you get stuck with a victim mentality. But it’s up to you
to change that. Be brave enough to reach out to friends and family. Wear

A practical way to know your why is
to write in a journal every day. With some awareness, you can find the
number one thing that matters to you.

other people. Don’t let them go to waste.
