Foods you should eat on an empty stomach

Soaked almonds
Almonds are a rich source of manganese, Vitamin E, protein, fibre, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acid. However, if you eat almonds the wrong way, you will miss out on its benefits. Always soak them over night and then eat them in the morning. Almond peel contains tannin that prevents nutrient absorption. When you soak them, the skin easily comes off. Warm water and honey
