What does Valentine’s day mean to you?

Is it the romance in the air? The flowers, the chocolate, or Cupid’s arrow? Is it the red hearts that cover every gift shop and every market? Or is it simply because it is a holiday that is all about L-O-V-E?

Whatever the case, Valentine’s Day is a day that you either love or you hate. For those of us who have a special someone, it can be a day that is filled with gestures of love and kindness. If you have kids, chances are, they are in on the Valentine’s Day excitement too, this allows you to be creative and spend quality time with them making arts and crafts. But if you are alone or going through a rough patch romantically, Valentine’s Day can bring out the Scrooge in you.

But what does Valentine’s Day really mean to you?

For me, it means a day to show the people in your life who you really care about that you love them. It’s not about gifts or expensive dinners or money—-it’s the thought that we have some pretty special people in our life and we are pretty darned lucky to have them!
So regardless if you are single, or in a happy relationship, this day is focused on showing love, to others and to yourself.
One thing that has been a growing trend, is the matching outfit craze for couples and families. Whether it is rocking the same sneakers, tee or cap, its core message promotes unity and love. This trend has boomed with BFF's and people who share a close unity.
To make things easier for you this upcoming Valentine’s day, we have provided a few ideas of unity matching outfits. The point is not to break the bank, but to create something special you can share with your loved ones, whether they are friends or family. Be united!
