Negativity is having the wrong frame of mind, telling yourself you can't do this or you can't do that probably because the project seems big of unrealistic but the fun fact is you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Although negative and positive thoughts will always exist, the key to becoming positive is to limit the amount of negativity that we experience by filling ourselves up with more positivity.
