TAKE A BREAK

Being alive is a lot and you defnitely need a break. Taking a break refers to giving yourself a period of not being involved in that activityt from which you need a break. To take a break means to pause, to stop briefly, to stop for a short period of time just you one can rest a bit or focus on something else. It really is not easy to work at a stretch without taking a break when due; even the mightiest man might need to take a break to prevent breakdown. Do not see taking a break as an act of being lazy or being non-challant or care-free about what you are doing. Taking a break cuts across a lot of field- personal life, love relationship, business, food, education, career, family, friends, sports/exercise, and so on. You need a break physically, mentally, emotionally. Your break need not to be too long depeending on how much time you have and what activity you are involved in, just ensure the break is effective and served the purpose for which it was taken. Taking break should be often but in the same vein, it should not be abused- how often the break should be is not about the number of minutes or hours used and it also depends on what work or thing you from which you need a break. While thinking of taking a break, you must also consider what things you would be doing while you are on the break, it must be planned and well stated not that you take a break anyhow you feel. There are signs to show that you really need a break. The moment you start making little mistakes/errors, then understand something is wrong. You are feling overwhelmed and motional all the time, that is another sign. Frequent fatigue and tiredness. Getting irritated often tells you some things must be adjusted. You are unable to sleep even when your body tells you you really need to. You begin to lose focus on things that require your utmost attention. Losing focus on important things. You are without ambition and motivation.
