DREAMS
Dreams are known to be displays that come up in our sleep; visual displays like another life experience.
In another sense, dreams are what we foresee. In this case, we necessarily might not be sleeping before having this type of dream.
Dreams, in another view, according to Sigmund Freud is explained dreams as manifestations of one's deepest desires and anxieties, often relating to repressed childhood memories or obsessions.
The concept of dreams has not been given one main or particular meaning because there are different views from the scientific, philosophical, religious aspect. Each aspect has a different judgment. Most dreams are forgotten when one wakes up except the person wakes up at the time when the brain is high and able to catch the view at a snap; this period is known as rapid eye movement (REM) sleep.
Dreams can be entertaining, fun, romantic, disturbing, frightening.
There are various types of dreams according to Healthline and they include Nightmares, Night terrors, Lucid dreams, Daydreams, Recurring dreams, False awakenings, Healing dreams, Prophetic dreams, Vivid dreams. Not to forget, things to take note of in a dream include characters, theme, pain, memories, to mention but a few. The things to be considered in a dream could be familiar and recognizable, while some are strange. Also, when considering dreams, we tend to try as much as possible to give interpretations to the dreams based on our own mental understanding and this goes into two ways- scientific interpretation and religious interpretation. Anyone can dream be it children or adults; even the blinds dream. Although there are times when you dream more frequent or you rarely dream depending on your mental, physical, and psychological state.
Do not be against dreams. Dream well. Learn from it if you can. Enjoy it if you can. If it happens to be a terrific one, endeavor not to feel down or too captured in the effect of the dream even after waking up.
