UNWIND

Are you having a long day or a stressful week at work? You do not know how to relieve yourself of the stress and tedious work. Do not worry, I have put down wats you can unwind and gain more strength back for that job or work.

Breathe - Take a deep breath
Self-massage - Massage your shoulders, neck, head, lower back
Take a walk - When in the middle of stress, try to take a walk around the building
Spend time with friends - catch fun with friends or go on a workout with friends
Read - Test out a few books that you like to read and see which ones help you relax
Laugh - Laughter is the best medicine for stress. Make time for laughter every day
Create something - Draw a pic. Write in your journal. Decorate a room in your house. Take some pictures. Releasing creative energy can be therapeutic and rejuvenating
Do something kind - Volunteer or do a random act of kindness for a stranger
Make long-term goals and plans - Having control over finances is a great way to find peace of mind and unwind
Disconnect - Turn off electronics and put them away for at least an hour a day. It encourages you to spend time on what really matters
