SELF-LOVE

Having high regard for your own well-being and happiness is very essential in living your life to the fullest and loving yourself so much while at it. Taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being for others.

Loving yourself motivates you to make healthy choices in life. When you hold yourself in high esteem, you are more likely to choose things that nurture your well-being and serve you well. These things may be in the form of eating healthy, exercising or having healthy relationships.

I know we all struggle with self-love because we all try to not make mistakes and we even hate ourselves for that sometimes like why did I do that? But we must accept first that the deed is done and what we should focus on is not to repeat it and try to understand that we are bound to mistakes.

Bottom line is; Be kind to yourself. Appreciate yourself. Love yourself. No one can love you like you do except God and your loved ones.
