Are you losing your mind? Are things not going as planned for you? Are you experiencing unhappiness on your life goals, lost loved one, or just your personal life? You cannot even pinpoint the cause of the sadness and looks like you are crazy or acting crazy. Disappointment, failure could be devastating to one's mental health. Most times, external factors can cause you to lose your mind for example; toxic relationships or friendships. Do well to remove yourself from such situations else, you might just lose it because, at the end of the day, people are different and have different perspectives that can run you mad so the earlier you let such people or situations go, the better for your sanity. And if it is your goals, keep pushing you will get there.


A healthy state of mind is so underrated in the world today. There is even a saying that many are mad and few are roaming. Maintaining one's sanity can be very difficult and seem impossible because toxicity is the order of the day at work, relationships, family, social media, etc.
Losing your sanity requires medical attention but before getting to that stage, there are ways you can stay sane and maintain your sanity in this crazy world:

-Count your breath. This is one of the fastest ways to calm yourself
-Go for a 10-minute walk outside.
-Schedule your stress.
-Focus on something that's good.
-Practice some self-compassion (a.k.a., give yourself a break!)
-Write down something you've accomplished recently.
