HEALING

I know how getting over hurtful feelings could be so hard for you, Especially when you still have memories of what happened,things or people that bring back certain memories. No matter what, you have to move on from it. yes, it takes time, it even seems impossible but having the conviction that these feelings do not have power over you drives you to want to heal faster for your own mental health and well-being.

Apart from your personal self, healing from past issues and hurtful feelings helps you relate with people around you better. because we all know that when you are hurting it will not only affect you but also affect your relationship with people.

if you do not heal from the past,and keep dwelling on past issues and focusing on the future and things that will be not things that were meant to be, it could be a lifetime battle for you.

So heal and move on for your own happiness. You cannot stop people from hurting you but you have the power over how you let it affect you.
