FOOD MYTH

The Myth: There has always been a belief that the more you eat the more weight (kilogram or pounds) you add. This has instilled great fear in people who tend to reduce their consumption drastically and some later develop medical/health issues such as ulcers, low immunity, low strength, malnutrition, to mention but a few. These people end up requiring medical attention to get back balanced and full of good health. In the case of some people, they develop obesophobia- the fear of gaining weight: while some other persons give in to anorexia nervosa- pleasure at getting thin. These people require the attention of a therapist and other possible help. All of these come up just because of the myth- the more you eat, the fatter you become.

The Truth: The more but balanced and healthy food you eat, the less fat you develop, and the more healthy you become. Eat more if you want, only ensure it is balanced. The right proportion of carbs, fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, water and fibres is all that is needed for a good meal and a healthy body. Aside from eating, do not forget to reduce junks and increase workouts and other activities that will keep you working and your body system in action.
Making your body at rest always, inactive with constant feeding is one of the things that increase body size. Eat as much healthy and good food as you want. Embrace veggies. Sleep adequately not excess. Balance every other aspect of your life and get the best body size you want.
Leave out the myth. Don't be ignorant. know the truth.
Eat well. Live well.
